I bought this from eBay or then from Blippo what is little anime/manga store in Finland's main city, Helsinki. But I can recommend you to check this from eBay.
I checked eBay and there wasn't that bag what you are looking for, but there's one Vegeta bag -> [link] (I have that too)

Yes, in Blippo it has to be euros. Of course if you would be paying with Paypal, then Paypal would turn dollars to euros automatically.
