Early Birthday gift to TxS - 2012

I know that I'm 5 days too early, but ---

Happy Birthday, TxS!
I hope that your birthday will be just super wonderful! You deserve it, dear! Hopefully this art brings some happiness to you as well ^___^

And now something about the art.
I actually got part of this arts idea from a toilet paper... where was fish prints on it... And one fish had too much blue color right next to it's eye and it looks just like the same as Vegeta's blue make-up in this pic so ~ That gave me the idea to do this

And then I slowly, while sketching Vegeta, started to add there flowers, little blue drops (they are not water, that's for sure, but I don't know what they are :'D) Anyway! I also wanted to make Vegeta's kimono to look "leather-like" with black and blue color so hopefully it, even somehow, looks or reminds you guys about leather.

But aaahhh ~ ! It felt SO GOOD to draw after a long time and color too! I spend about 1-2 hours with this but I really, really, REALLY like this one
I would have want to draw more, but my right hand's thumb has been freaking painful this whole week. I can't move it as much as I should be able to and I can't take any too tight holds on anything with it (example -> even pulling pants back on is painful to my thumb).

So I will wait and see will my thumb get better. If not... Guah, then I might have to go to doctor (even that I don't want to because they are as good as nothing.) But because I don't need my thumb when I write, I can try to write new chapter of my story tomorrow
